Welcome to August! Here in New York, it’s the summer winding down with one last month of strong sunshine and days by the pool. We’re taking one last deep breath before we’re heading into the busy Fall days filled with back to school prep and before we know it, the holiday season.
For August, we’re crushing on the energetic hue Tangerine. Tangerines themselves are a quick treat filled with flavor and a bit of an energy boost, sort of what we’re looking to get out of the last days of summer! It’s said to represent new projects, happiness, energy and motivation. This color is a great transitional hue to still keep some of the summer spirit alive, while transitioning our minds and our homes to cozy fall days. Welcome to July! This month, we’ve fallen for the soft, tranquil shade Robin’s Egg. Robin’s themselves are symbolic of new growth and renewal, and their beautiful powder-blue eggs are also often said to be symbolic of joy, hope and clarity.
