Shipping time varies based on individual products and you will be notified with tracking information when your items ship. Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. Any international order placements will be canceled.
Product should ship within 5-10 business days, however certain products may take longer to process. If you need the product by a critical date, please notify us immediately and we will make every effort to work with you. Additional fees may apply for expedited shipping.
We make every effort to ensure that our inventory information is accurate, but on rare occasions, shipments may be delayed due to a backorder. Our Customer Support Team will contact you immediately if your order is impacted.
Shipment of Freight and White Glove Service: Many of our furniture pieces are delivered by a third party service in your area. If you select our White Glove service, our delivery partners will bring your item(s) into your home (up a maximum of two flights of stairs), place the item(s) in your room of choice, unpack and assemble the item(s), and remove the debris. Please note that this excludes installation of mirrors and wall décor. Item(s) that are not shipped with White Glove service will be delivered carefully to your doorstep. Packaging materials will not be removed and signature is not required.
